Shipping Policy

Shipping Restrictions:
1. Only ships to specific states due to the PACT Act restrictions.
2. Adult signature (21+) required upon delivery.
3. Private regional carriers are used for shipping, as USPS and major carriers have ceased shipping vape products.

Shipping Destinations:
1. Does not ship to PO boxes, Military Bases, International locations, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and flavored products to Chicago, IL.
2. No shipping to U.S. Territories, Military Addresses, Georgia, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Chicago, Arkansas, Utah, and Washington.
3. E-liquids are not shipped to New Jersey, San Francisco, CA, Rhode Island, New York, Maryland, Washington, and Washington DC.

Shipping Fees:
1. 1st Class - $4.95
2. Priority - $8.95

Shipping Carrier:
All packages are shipped through regional carriers due to USPS and major carriers' restrictions.

Processing Times & Tracking:
1. Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST Mon-Fri are usually shipped the same day.
2. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST Friday are shipped on Monday.
3. Tracking emails are automatically sent; however, customers are advised to check their spam folder.
4. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Transit Times:
1. Estimated shipping transit times vary by region.
2. Delivery times are estimates, and external factors may affect them.
3. Delivery time windows depend on the delivery driver's schedule.
4. Packages may be delivered mid-day, so shipping to a home address is recommended.

Delayed or Lost Packages:
1. Allow up to 2 business days after the estimated delivery date for delays.
2. If marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or household members.
3. If all three delivery attempts fail, the package can be reshipped or refunded.
4. Reshipping and additional fees are at the discretion of Palate Vape.
5. Refunds for returned packages due to various reasons will be issued within 3-5 business days.

Cancellation or Edits:
1. Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour after placing or before processing.
2. If it's been over 1 hour, customers should call or email immediately, but cancellation or edits are not guaranteed.
3. Orders that have been shipped or processed may not be cancelled or edited.

Support Availability:
1. Support is available until 5:00 PM PST Mon-Fri and 6:00 PM PST Sat-Sun.
2. Orders are processed throughout the night.
3. If a customer contacts support after working hours, there may be a delay in response, and the order might have already been processed.

Missed Delivery Attempts:
1. If the carrier makes the third and final delivery attempt, and the package is being sent back, two options are available: reshipping or a full refund.
2. Reshipping packages and additional shipping fees are at the discretion of Palate Vape.
3. Customers are advised to contact Palate Vape if they want their package to be reshipped.
4. Packages may need to be returned to Palate Vape before reshipment.
5. If a package is returned due to reasons like no recipient available to sign, incorrect address, or non-access to the property, a refund will be issued within 3–5 business days of being received.
